‘Thirst’ and ‘Life-liquid’ in Project Gaia

Last year, during my epic summer of submitting my work, I recorded an online open-mic video for Project Gaia, a collaboration with an ocean awareness programme that sought to consider the impact of water, or lack thereof, on our lives.

There have been a few delays, but I’m pleased that the videos have now launched, and my reading of my two poems ‘Thirst’ and ‘Life-liquid’ is now live: [Project Gaia] Harley Jones-Ryley – “Thirst” and “Life-liquid” – YouTube

Harley E. Ryley is a memoir writer, poet & accidental novelist. She is studying for her PhD in Creative Writing at the University of Sheffield, funded by the AHRC via the White Rose College of Arts & Humanities. Her thesis is a memoir about writing a memoir, developing an innovative approach to writing and teaching the form. Sounds fun right?

Harley also uses her ‘proper job’ skills from her previous life as a Civil Servant to provide Business Development services to creative organisations and offers Mentoring to writers at all levels. Check out ‘writing services’ to find out more.
